Solar Earth’s Amber™ series technology was used for the solar road portion of this showcase by the State Grid of China – the first of it’s kind in the country. The other integrated technologies include wireless charging and autonomous driving.

Canada’s First Solar Sidewalk
Kamloops, Canada (2017) Our first project, Canada’s first solar sidewalk has been used to power the Thompson Rivers University sustainability office on campus since it’s completion in August 2017.

Changping, China (2017) The company’s first installation in Changping, Beijing forms an off-grid pilot system to store the electricity generated from the solar sidewalk and provide power to the dwellings nearby.
